We had a lovely stay here and really enjoyed the cozy breakfast spot and the spacious double room with a great view of the pool. The outdoor swimming pool and the relaxing sun loungers were perfect for unwinding after exploring. Just a heads up, the balcony door needed a little extra effort to lock, but it didn’t take away from our experience. 😊

My stay at Kaab Tulum was delightful! The rooms were beautifully decorated, featuring a refreshing color palette and thoughtful touches. The pool area was wonderfully inviting and accessible, perfect for a leisurely swim or sunbathing.

One night,, I woke up to the sound of the staff laughing while cleaning the pool area at 8 am. It was like waking up to a live show. My kids loved the spacious room, every time they jumped on the bed, I just felt myself getting a little more comfortable with the stay.

It wasn’t inexpensive,, but I’d say it was acceptable for the overall experience.

Relaxing by the gorgeous pool, we enjoyed every moment. The attentive staff and comfortable room made our stay truly special. Breakfast was a nice treat each morning.

However, the shower had inconsistent water pressure, which was quite inconvenient. I hoped for a better experience in that regard.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly, always ready to help. The location worked well for me, with plenty of restaurants and bars just a short walk away. I enjoyed renting bikes to explore the area, which made getting to the beach and ruins super convenient. However, I noticed some issues with housekeeping. On one day, my room wasn't cleaned until late in the afternoon, which was frustrating. They could definitely improve on the maintenance of certain amenities as well. The bathroom lacked sufficient hot water at times. Despite these hiccups, the outdoor pool was a nice spot to relax. I loved the inviting atmosphere of the pool area. I'd say it was a good trip overall, but a few improvements could make the stay perfect.

our stay at kaab was enjoyable. the deluxe room was spacious, basic, and very clean. the location was perfect, close to restaurants and bars, which made exploring easy. we loved the bike rental corner nearby, where we got good bikes for a reasonable rate. the outdoor pool was a nice touch for relaxation, too.

the breakfast could use some improvement, but overall, i would 100% recommend.
